I made like 10 mental notes this week to remember, and i still forgot (“…so that’s the ways it’s gonna be huh? Too late Roy?” ) about The Fountain Theatre’s showing of “Used Cars” as the Saturday Matinee today. I can’t believe i’ve missed my chance to see the Fuchs brothers on the big screen.

Game Day: Scramblers vs. Kaos Leave a comment
Scramblers stay undefeated as they hold off Maxwell Smart’s arch-nemesis. Actually so many of the Kaos team was sick with the cold or flu, that only one Kaos player showed up for the game. So the Scram coach split half the team up to play with the lone Kaos kid and the game was on. […]

Pre-season scrimmage starts Fall season H’s scramblers saw their first on field action of the Fall on Friday night. The Tinker Belles, an under-6 years old girls team, invited the scramblers to a pre-season scrimmage at NMSU’s intramural fields. The action started off with both teams looking a bit tentative until everyone got loose and […]

First Day of School Leave a comment
Only 12 more grades to go Hank goes to kindergarten. A little nervous on his first day. Ursula and Anthony from his roadrunners pre-k class will also be attending University Hills near campus, so that makes him feel better. Â I didn’t see any evidence of kindergarten cholo/gang activity, a big plus right there. The new […]
